I highly recommend Rachel, especially for men. We have internal bits which are more easily adjusted by reflexology than by invasive surgical procedures. What continues to amaze me is the way I feel after a session. Even now, after several months, I have no tender spots on my feet and feel fit and healthy all over. You'll enjoy the experience.
